The Maui Seaside Hotel is one of several cheap hotels in Maui. It's good for someone who really just wants to experience Maui, and doesn't want to spend their whole vacation in a hotel. It is located in the perfect place to find entertainment, shopping and dining. This hotel is about 45 minutes away from Lahaina, the whaling village with lots of stores, shops and galleries. Maui Seaside Hotel is also only a 10 minute drive from Iao Valley.

At the hotel, you can play golf or tennis, or swim in the fresh water swimming pool. You can grab lunch and dinner and the Manana Garage, a Latin American Restaurant which is just across from the lobby. There is also a Hawaiian Buffet,the Hideaway Restaurant, that is said to have very good food.
This hotel is a bit dated, but it is clean and decent. If you want luxury... don’t stay at this hotel. But if you want to get out and explore what the island has to offer, and just want a clean and decent place to stay, the Maui Seaside Hotel is a good choice.
